Statistical analysis is a compulsory course for managers. Managers are expected to learn and master fundamental statistical analysis skills after this course.
With help of statistical data, managers can locate potential problems from daily work, then find out source of problems through data analysis, eventually derive the best solutions with new evaluation tool.
This time the training course has change its boring lecturing from the past. It pays more attention to the interaction between lecturer and trainees and results at higher level of participation and engagement of trainees. Moreover, this course added a simulation sand table scenario, it separated trainees into six different groups for actual practices. Finally, the group leaders stood on stage and show the training results respectively and everyone has voted for a best group. A series of innovation of training course has impressed every participant and push up their enthusiasm to a unprecedented level.

Director Luo tutoring
Director Luo has taken charge to introduce the main topic of this course – statistical analysis. With solid foundation of more than 10 year experience of management in manufacturing industry, he has introduced how to use statistical analysis appropriately as well as how to use analysis tool such as “5 why”, common statistics charts to support our analysis.
Practical exercise
After tutoring, we ushered in the most essential part of this training – practical exercise. The trainees are required to used actual cases of Leshan Intelligent and conduct cross-department collaboration to complete the assignment. The trainees were separated into different groups and choose from one of six actual cases for collaboration.
What is interesting is that during the practical exercise of trainees, the team composed by procurement & PMC & Sales & Finance department was expected to be complete as soon as possible, meanwhile, the team members have no doubt for their competence. Nevertheless, the result shown the assignment was completed after counseling from Director Guo.
In the demonstration part, each has sent a representative to present their task result and compare with other groups. Lastly, their assignments were commented by Director Guo himself.
