Summary of general manager Guo:
Sales staff should pay attention to the sales process:
1.Express Project reliability clearly. 
2.The original shortcomings of the BEM ,as an advantage to cut in.
3. Clearly list the differences of the plan.
4.Make use of the form to show the proportion of investment technology.
5. Finally, summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the two plans and give useful suggestions.


 
Manager Tan:
Through the simulation of this plan,We can see the daily work level of the sales staff 。The team has skilled equipment selection and presentation ability。Here , we put forward some suggestions that need to be strengthened :
1、Understand calculation but not expression,After calculating the investment plan , we should show respective advantages according to the comparative table directly。
2、The derivation process of the conclusion should be easy for customers to understand with tight logic.  
3、Use charts and videos to express ideas
4、It is necessary to have on- site emergency response ability and adjust speech strategy with the scene atmosphere 
5、Product presentation skills,The selling point is to solve the problem,the solution for the customer is the selling point existence significance

Bai Feng, the chief engineer from the Research and Development Technical Center, is introducing the characteristic of new product “New Athlon EBM” in workshop.  The production period of the New Athlon EBM is just 22s with Accurate positioning, which is high-speed and more stable.
