Plastic blow molding mold is the mold used to blow hollow products of plastic containers (such as beverage bottles, daily necessities and other packaging containers). According to the principle of technology, blow molding mainly includes extrusion blow hollow molding, injection blow hollow molding, and injection stretch blow hollow molding (commonly known as "injection stretch blow molding").multilayer blow hollow molding, sheet blow molding hollow molding, etc. The corresponding equipment of blow molding of hollow products is usually called plastic blow molding machine. Blow molding is only suitable for the production of thermoplastic products. The structure of the blow mold is relatively simple. The materials used for the blow mold are mainly steel, aluminum alloy and copper.

Conventional steel mold structure
Commonly used materials are: domestic 718, P20, 4Cr13, domestic S136 and 2316, etc .; among them, 4Cr13, domestic S136 and 2316 have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, the mold material can be selected according to the products, and automatic deflash function.
 
Applicable products: washing bottles, oil tanks bottles, medicine bottles, food bottles, cosmetics bottles, and other special products.
 
Magnesium aluminum beryllium copper (steel) conventional mold structure
This type of mold cavity has good cooling, light mold weight, short product molding cycle, no rust, and good wear resistance.
 
Applicable products: washing bottles, oil tanks bottles, chemical bottles and other products.
 
Magnesium aluminum beryllium copper (steel) special mold structure
The mold with streching function is generally made of steel or Alcoa-inlaid beryllium copper (steel) mold structure design, but special products are generally made of steel materials, and the structure is easy to operate and use; The advantages of this  structure are mainly light weight, the short molding cycle, and the stable movement of the machine during the production process.
 
Applicable products: chemical bottles, special-shaped products and other products.
 
Multi-cavities magnesium aluminum mold structure
The cavity material of this type of mold is generally Alcoa 7075, and the bottom of the bottle is made of steel. The mold has light weight, good wear resistance, short molding cycle, good cooling, and high output.
Bottle mouth removal:
1. Turing deflasher bottle mouth directly on the machine;
2. Equipped with outer spin trimmer;
3. The product with handle adopts mixed function: first push and then spin;
 
Applicable products: milk bottles, medicine bottles, food and other products.
