When the night falls and the lights are on, the employees are on the way home after have had been through a long day, but there is a group of people gather in the production workshop on time to hold a pre-work meeting. THEY are the Leshan night shifters who are the brightest lights in the workshop at night.
Evening
Everyday night, the night shift employees of CNC machine will take over the production from the day shift employees. After the day shift employees explained the operation of all equipment, the night shift employees began to work officially.
Responsibility
They must stay high focus for a long time, ensure the regular production order of the production workshop, detect faults in time, handle and respond to various production abnormalities and emergencies. They travel day and night, hold their position in the brightly lit workshop to carry the responsibility of workshop production.
Dedication
In addition to the responsibility of production, night shifters also have unstable schedules which makes night shifters miss the opportunity to spend time with their families. In the afternoon, when kids come home, they are ready to work. In the morning, the children leave home to go to school and they have just back home from a tiring night of work.
In order not to delay production, they often can’t have dinner with their families, but they have no complaints and always work hard.
Send warmth and support
For the hard-working night shifters, the Administration Department prepared snacks and fruits early to send them warmth and use another way to show support to the night shift colleagues. The company twists up and down into a rope to face challenges together and work together to complete production.
After a short break, they began to devote themselves to intense production. Their serious work deserves the most beautiful appreciation.
In the workshop, there are many people who work hard like them, fulfilling their duties in their position.
